Present information technology society requests higher speed in information exchange and processing. Such exchange and processing are based on electron circuit by using high-speed/low power electron devices.
In our laboratory, researches for higher capability of high-speed electron devices are carried out. As present researches, we are studying new device concept or novel structure in compound semiconductor electron device. Processing technology to fabricate such structure is also studied.
Please note that Yasuyuki Miyamoto is scheduled to retire in March 2026, so we will not be accepting any new students from now on.
